Supplier Verification
Before purchasing products from wholesale markets or placing an order with factories, will verify the authenticity and production capacities of the wholesalers and the factories.

Pre-production Check
If the products could not be directly purchased from their existing goods in stock and have to be manufactured, before the production, will re-confirm the PO (Purchase Order) details before their mass production to ensure accuracy.

During-Production Follow-up
Will follow up and monitor the whole process of the production to ensure the production schedule goes smoothly and to minimize the occurrence of quality problem as well as make sure that there will be no any delay in goods delivery.

Pre-shipment Check
When collecting or receiving the products, will immediately re-check the details of all products, including logo, material, quantity, size, color, packaging and any other details related to the products. This is a critical step prior to arrangement of shipping to guarantee that the whole process of the products is strictly in line with the manufacturing quality criterion.

Container Loading Check
During the container loading, will ensure that the loading is handled gently, appropriately and normative to avoid any damage to packaging and products. Will timely prepare and provide necessary paperwork and documents for Customs clearance, such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (C/O), etc.
Goods Shipping

Before shipping, will confirm again the accuracy of all goods.

After knowing the actual weight and volume weight of the products, will expressly suggest you to adopt appropriate option for shipping.

Generally, for a small quantity of goods it is suggested to adopt Express Delivery by EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx; and for a large quantity of goods (full container load or LCL load) it is suggested to adopt ocean shipping.
04.
Will offer you all charges included in the goods shipping based on your selection of the shipping option.

Additional Information
In accordance with International Express Delivery Regulations, in most cases, the calculation for shipment by EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx will be subjected to the actual weight (kg) or volume weight (L*W*H/5000), whichever is the greater. For instance, your parcel is 20kg in actual weight and if the parcel volume weight is 50*40*60cm/5000=24kg, the 24kg shall be adopted for the calculation of freight charge.
